It is 180 centimeters long and can be equipped with a wooden railing as a child safety device.

Each of the 6 apartments includes 2 rooms. Each apartment room has it's own air conditioning unit.
There is also a kitchenette with refrigerator in each apartment, a direct dial phone, and a safe deposit box.
All dwelling units have TV sets and balconies, and bathrooms with hip-bath / shower and WC.
Room cleaning as well as change of sheets and towels twice per week.

The air conditioning units can be switched to heating mode in wintertime, or during chilly springtime and autumn nights.
